Is an ongoing RushTree retainer required?
No. Your team can continue operating the delivered workforce without a mandatory long-term RushTree retainer. Reasonable asynchronous implementation assistance is included during the one-month program, within the agreed scope.
Are AI subscriptions and usage fees included?
No. Required third-party AI subscriptions and usage fees are separate. The supported environment and relevant requirements are confirmed during scoping. Specialized integrations and custom software require a separate agreement.
Are all 10 coworkers activated at once?
All 10 configured coworker packages are delivered. The right ones are activated first, based on your priorities, approved information and readiness.
Does CAMI automatically publish everywhere?
No. CAMI helps prepare coordinated, publishing-ready content. Scheduling and distribution are available only where technically supported and specifically authorized. Your team retains review and publication authority.
How much time does our team need?
Begin with a 45–60-minute self-guided setup interview. Each week includes one live 45–60-minute working session, with a recording available, plus 30–60 minutes between sessions. Plan for approximately 75–120 minutes per week, plus initial setup. Business complexity may require additional time.
What results are guaranteed?
The program defines deliverables, configuration, testing and handoff. It does not promise a specific revenue result, ROI percentage, hours saved or content quantity. Timely client input, approvals and representative testing are essential to a successful implementation.
